Event Details

Mobile Monday Brisbane turns it's gaze towards the creation of mobile applications this month with our first ever Developer Night. Brought to you by Nokia, this month's meeting will consist of three developer-centric presentations, as well as the usual chance to enjoy a few drinks and valuable networking opportunities with Brisbane's ever-expanding mobile community.

Our keynote speaker for the evening is Sarah J. Smith, who works in Nokia's Brisbane office inside the Qt Development Frameworks team, and also leads Nokia's Qt3D  team. Sarah has over a decade's experience with Qt and C++, and has previously presented at linux.conf.au as well as Qt Developer Days in San Francisco and Munich.

Joining Sarah will be local developers Jared Kells and Boydlee Pollentine, who will share their own experiences with cross-platform mobile develpment and the Appcelerator Titanium Mobile development platform, respectively.

So join us on Monday 16th May for another engaging and enlightening Mobile Monday Brisbane, with appreciation to Nokia for their support.
